OVERVIEW:

Our client, a Colorado based manufacturing company, is seeking an IFS ERP Implementation Specialist (Ops) to join the team. This role in onsite and direct hire.

 

This position will work with team of ERP experts to formulate best business practices integrated with ERP capabilities then work with key staff and leaders to implement.  These efforts will include new projects on existing companies across multi-departments and/or multi-company environments as part of a “best practices” ERP IFS business architecture set of solutions.  This position will use manufacturing, machine shop, inventory management, and operations expertise to implement ERP system where they have operations such as Brazil, China, USA, Vietnam, UK, and Poland.  In addition, knowledge and experience with manufacturing, machine shop, assembly, warehouse, global part sales, Information Technology will be used to formulate best practices using their global ERP IFS solution.  This position is a critical part of IFS support and implementations in their Global, multi-company, multi-currency, multi-site IFS implementation.  This position will travel to different locations including International travel and provide 24X7 support.   

 

Responsibilities:

  • Participate and lead various components in ERP and business implementations including accounting, international duties, international taxes, finance, manufacturing, warehouse management, operations, and Information Technology in a global multi-company, multicurrency, multisite IFS implementations.
  • Business functional advisor and business architect in manufacturing, assembly, machine shops, supply chain, Planning, and warehouse management.
  • Subject Matter expert in ERP IFS supply chain, planning, scheduling, inventory management, engineering/PDM, and warehousing.
  • Works with management to prevent or remove obstacles, conduct business architecture and process optimization design, and to deliver quality products and services to internal and external customers.
  • Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned.

 

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, MIS, Business Computer Systems, Computer Science, and/or International Business degree or equivalent experience.  MBA a plus.
  • +8 years relevant hands on experience as an ERP user in manufacturing, machine shops, supply chain, planning, logistics, or other related disciplines
+4 years in implementing, supporting, and maintaining IFS ERP solution.
