Overview:
Our a client a national health care insurance company is looking for a Business System Analyst. The Business System Analyst role on the EIM - Data Warehouse team requires experience in creating Business Requirement Documents, Functional Requirement Documents and Mapping documents for the development of ETL applications. This is a 6-month long contract to start.

Overview:
Our a client a national health care insurance company is looking for a Business System Analyst. The Business System Analyst role on the EIM - Data Warehouse team requires experience in creating Business Requirement Documents, Functional Requirement Documents and Mapping documents for the development of ETL applications. This is a 6-month long contract to start.
Responsibilities:
- Transform Business Requirements into Software Requirement Specification.
- Develop data mapping and data design documents.
- Conduct discussion with stake holders and respective teams regarding the requirements, data issues and additional functionalities.
- Respond to the queries from business regarding report data issues.
- Expertise in in Waterfall, agile methodologies.
- Proficient in validating data using Excel, Access, SQL developer, BQ, Teradata and have good experience in Data Analysis, Data Profiling, Data Migration, Data Integration and Metadata Management Services.
- Sound Proficiency in analyzing and Creating Use Cases, Use Case Diagrams, Activity diagrams, Class diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, Business Flow Diagrams and Sequence diagrams using MS Visio
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a business systems analyst.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly analytical mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
