WORKDAY FINANCIAL SYSTEMS ANALYST NEEDED

Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workday Consultant specializing in Financials to join their dynamic team.

This is a HYBRID role, with 3 days a week in office at headquarters in Bensalem, PA.

Our client is open to candidates seeking a FULLTIME Direct Hire opportunity or candidates seeking a long term multi-year consulting engagement.


Responsibilities:

• Financials Expertise:
  • Lead and oversee the implementation and optimization of Workday Financials modules including customers, suppliers, AR, AP, expense management and general ledger to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial processes and data within the Workday platform.
• Reporting and Analytics:
  • Develop, customize, and maintain complex reports and dashboards within Workday to provide actionable insights and drive decision-making for stakeholders.
  • Create ad-hoc reports and utilize reporting tools like Prism and Drive/Sheets to analyze data and trends, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Configuration and Customization:
  • Configure Workday Financials modules based on business needs, industry best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide guidance and expertise in Workday configuration, ensuring the system aligns with organizational objectives and operational processes.
• Training and Support:
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on Workday Financials functionalities and best practices.
  • Offer ongoing support, troubleshooting, and guidance to end-users to enhance system adoption and usage efficiency.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and prioritize enhancement requests related to Financials and Reporting modules.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, providing technical expertise and insights to drive successful Workday projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in implementing and optimizing Workday Financials modules, including customers, suppliers, expense management, AR, AP and general ledger
• Strong expertise in reporting and analytics, utilizing tools like Prism and Drive/Sheets for data analysis
• Demonstrated ability to configure and customize Workday Financials modules to align with organizational requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant certifications in Workday Financials and Reporting modules are a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with a variety of reporting tools, with a focus on Prism and Drive/Sheets integration
• Familiarity with other relevant technologies and systems in the finance domain.
