Job Summary:?? 
We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our client’s team, reporting to the Development Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing comprehensive test cases and leading rigorous manual and automation testing to ensure software functionality meets the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include investigating defects, documenting results, verifying and validating new features, functionalities, and enhancements across websites, back-end, and internal applications.

• Develop well-defined test cases, lead and perform rigorous manual and automation testing of software functionality, investigate defects, and thoroughly document all results.
• Perform verification and validation of new features, functionalities, and enhancements for websites, back-end and internal applications.
• Work closely and collaboratively with developers and QA of multiple applications and is involved with all aspects of the corporate systems lifecycle including design, development, testing and support of the deployed solutions
• Document software defects, track and perform verification and validation.
• Collaborate and lead the User Acceptance Testing and obtain final user signoff as a condition for production deployment.
• Perform Bug fix verification and validation
• Experience with Selenium and Azure DevOps (ADO)

?Required Skills and Experience:? 

• 5+ years of QA experience with strong experience in software testing, with a focus on both manual and automation testing.
• Proficiency in using Selenium and Azure DevOps (ADO) for automation testing.
• Previous experience in bug tracking, defect investigation, and documentation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with development and QA teams across various applications.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
