| Test Lead opportunity!! Overview: Our client, a major healthcare insurance organization, is looking for a Senior QA Tester. Responsibilities: Provide test coordination services across various testing units. Responsible for Test Strategy document, test planning ensuring all the testing teams are following guidelines and timelines. Run testing meeting, share updates with stakeholders and provide updates to management. Coordinate and communicate functional requirements of business unit and technical solutions with IT capability resources by designing and documenting basic functional specs Work with systems personnel to implement designs and discuss testing functions Participate in development of project plans and timelines Provide input into project management Communicate project status to management Participate in change management at department and end user level Performs testing activities including construction of test plans/scripts including the expected results and the validation of test results Responsible for coordinating multiple testing sessions, gathering business requirements, test scripts, and developing and updating structured documentation Required experience Experience with healthcare domain on critical workflows - enrollment, benefits, billing, claims (local and ITS). Experience with test coordination, giving direction to multiple team members, ability to make decision on testing scope. Experience with Azure DevOps for QA Test Management preferred, JIRA experience is also acceptable Business Analysis experience and/or experience gathering requirements a big plus! #LI-JK1 |
