Our client, a technology engineering company, is seeking experienced a Generative AI Fullstack Engineer to join their innovative and growing team! This is a 100% REMOTE role. Our client is open to Contract to hire or Direct Hire for this opportunity. Sponsorship available.
Summary:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with a keen eye for UI/UX design to take a leading role in developing next-generation Generative AI (GenAI) chatbots. This role is at the intersection of intuitive user interface design and robust backend architecture, aimed at crafting engaging and innovative conversational AI experiences. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, which includes Product Managers, UX Designers, Data Scientists, and Machine Learning Engineers, you will play a crucial role in bringing our GenAI projects from concept to reality, ensuring they are not only technologically advanced but also user-friendly and impactful. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• UI/UX Development: Lead the design and implementation of user interfaces for GenAI chatbots, focusing on creating seamless, intuitive, and engaging user experiences. 
• Full Stack Development: Develop and maintain the full stack of the application, ensuring efficient operation from the front end to the backend. 
• Project Leadership: Guide projects from initial ideation through to successful launch, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of project goals. 
• DevOps and IaC: Embrace DevOps practices and leverage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate and optimize our cloud infrastructure, enhancing the agility and reliability of our projects. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with a diverse team of professionals, contributing your expertise to the development of innovative solutions and the continuous improvement of our processes and products. 
• Scalability and Resilience: Ensure the scalability and resilience of our applications, making strategic decisions that allow our projects to adapt and thrive in a dynamic technological landscape. 

 
Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating expertise in both front-end and back-end development. 
• Extensive knowledge of UI/UX design principles and experience in creating user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications. 
• Proficiency in modern web development frameworks and languages (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js for front-end; Node.js, Python for back-end). 
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automation platforms. 
• Familiarity with cloud computing services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and the implementation of scalable, resilient cloud infrastructure. 
• Strong understanding of conversational AI, natural language processing (NLP), and the principles of Generative AI (GenAI) is highly desirable. 

• Excellent problem-solving abilities, alongside strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to write Terraform IAC, and then deploy it in a scalable way
• Collaboration and team player, can’t work in a silo
• Understand how to scale this as a solution. Make it work in other environments
• Desire to embrace DevOps and IAC
