Overview:
Our healthcare client is looking for a Lead Data Quality and Reporting Analyst. The ideal candidate should have experience in Power BI and SQL, with a minimum of 3-5 years in Power BI and 8 years in data-related work. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and other Microsoft tools is preferred but not required. This is a 6-month long contract with the strong possibility to convert.

Job Description:
- Oversee CRM data quality
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of data quality through analysis and review of data used across CRM and PowerBI
- Monitor and identify data quality issues across all CRM applications including Sales, Provider, and Vendor
- Develop annual data quality strategic plan
- Lead data remediation efforts
- Form and lead cross functional teams to ensure high data quality
- Implement steps to address data quality root cause e.g. data field setting, training etc.
- Make decision recommendation at critical project juncture
- Undertake analytical reporting
- Responsible for PowerBI administration activities
- Build automated reports and dashboards using PowerBI
- Understand business requirements and design reports based on specifications
- Develop ad hoc report requests
- Have knowledge of database fundamentals
- Create change management plans to ensure adoption of reports and iterative improvements
