Our client, a non-profit in Philadelphia, is seeking a UAT Testing Lead with 8 to 10 years of experience who is energetic, highly motivated and self-starter professional to join its Project Management team in Philadelphia, PA. This is a HYBRID role requiring 2 days a week onsite (T/TH).

Job Summary:?? 
The UAT Testing Lead reports to the Chief Project Management Officer. The right candidate will have dual responsibilities of Business Analyst and Project Management.

Responsibilities:?? 

• ? Develop industry best testing practices.
• Establish process and procedures for end-to-end UAT testing and creating comprehensive supporting documentation 
• Develop status reporting to project manager during UAT execution.
• Develop a feedback loop method to IT on UAT results.
• Develop regression testing processes and procedures.
• Work with project managers to incorporate UAT effort in the project schedule.
• Work with Operations Director to determine resources that are needed for UAT.
• Collaborate with Business Analyst to develop test scripts and test scenarios.
• Drive UAT execution.

Required Skills and Experience:? 

• 8-10 years testing experience.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience as a testing lead will be considered.
• Experience with testing automation software is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management software such JIRA and a solid working knowledge of current internet technologies, as well as experience in working independently in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is advantageous.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Salesforce platform and testing strategies
• Experience with Oracle platform and testing strategies
