Our client, a Wilmington, DE-based financial institution, is seeking a CyberArk IAM Engineer to join their growing team! This exciting role is a Direct Hire opportunity. Our client is seeking an individual local to their Philadelphia or Delaware office so they can work in a hybrid model working in office 2 days per week. This position is not offering sponsorship at this time.
Job Summary: The CyberArk IAM Engineer will serve as a subject matter expert for Identity and Access Management, with focus on CyberArk PAM (CPM & PSM) technology. The incumbent is expected to already possess these skills and substantial hands-on experience, with minimum guidance needed to perform the required tasks. The incumbent is expected to participate in continuing education as the environment continues to evolve. Anyone in a support-only role to this technology (i.e. user assistance without rotation or connection coding experience) will not be considered. Responsibilities:
Address outages in accordance with Service level agreements (SLAs).
Effectively respond to client support tickets & work team queue.
Engage system users, vendors, and stakeholders to understand and document their requirements, issues, and risks to create understanding for both technical and non-technical groups.
Follow, and seek to improve, established systems engineering, configuration management, and change management processes.
Address the infrastructure team weekly, providing variables, delays, and timeline of current projects.
Communicate delays and alterations to projects to senior leadership as they occur.
Participate in on-call support rotation both during and after hours (typically one week per month).
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience with back-end deployment and support of Active Directory and Azure AD / Entra ID
Minimum of one year of experience directly responsible for CyberArk’s PAM (CPM/PSM) solution.
Demonstrated experience with the creation of platforms & modules
Demonstrated experience with coding and maintenance of SSH & XPATH keystroke
Demonstrated experience with RestAPI connection & response
Experience with the installation and upgrade of on-premises servers
Demonstrated experience with vaulting for users and teams
Ability to participate in an on-call support rotation both during and after hours (typically one week per month).
Ability to travel within company locations in the Greater Philadelphia region as needed.
Additional Skill Considerations:
Proficiency in the configuration and diagnostics in the following technologies: Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
Writing and maintenance of custom scripts to increase automation, system efficiency, and lower downtime via PowerShell and/or vCron automation.
Experience in building and maintaining the infrastructure necessary for SQL server operations.
Management of Pure storage arrays.
Support and upgrade of Cisco UCS blade centers.
Backup and restoration via Rubrik for on-premise virtualized infrastructure and/or M365.
