Overview: Our client, an MSP based in Kennett Square, PA, is seeking a Level II Engineer to join their team. This is a direct hire role, requiring candidates who can work locally in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week in the office. Please note that sponsorship is not available for this position.
Responsibilities:
Server Operating Systems
Setup file, print, and remote access services
Basic administration tasks like user management, file permissions, event log checks, and backup restoration • Enterprise Email
Proficiency in O365 administration • Workstation Management
Troubleshooting and setup
Configuring standard email clients like Outlook
Installation, configuration, and customization of MS Office Suite applications • Security Infrastructure
Familiarity with MFA and password policies • Networking Proficiency
Understanding TCP/IP subnetting and troubleshooting Internet connectivity
Familiarity with High Availability/Load Balancing solutions, MDM technology, and Microsoft Azure
Administrative tasks including user management, file permissions, event log checks, and backup restoration Time Management and Communication Skills:
Accurate time tracking through daily time entry and monthly billing
Ability to onboard new clients and maintain Minimum Documentation Standards
Commitment to ongoing self-training and effective communication with stakeholders
Ownership of tasks with attention to detail Team Collaboration:
Ability to handle stressful situations and seek technical expertise when needed
Provide accurate time estimates and understand the importance of team success
Willingness to learn new technologies and support team goals

Required Skills and Experience:
3+ years’ hands-on experience in IT support
Experience in supporting and managing company Windows Servers and Windows based workstations
Experience supporting Ruckus ICX switches and SonicWall
Experience in deploying workstations and laptops to employees
Experience in maintaining a Site-to-Site VPN tunnel for a small branch
Experience supporting and troubleshooting for 40+ workstation and laptops
Experience in managing environments through Windows Active Directory and DNS
