Overview:
Our client, an MSP based in Kennett Square, PA, is seeking a Level II Engineer to join their team. This is a direct hire role, requiring candidates who can work locally in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week in the office. Please note that sponsorship is not available for this position.

 Responsibilities:
  • Server Operating Systems
  • Setup file, print, and remote access services
  • Basic administration tasks like user management, file permissions, event log checks, and backup restoration • Enterprise Email
  • Proficiency in O365 administration • Workstation Management
  • Troubleshooting and setup
  • Configuring standard email clients like Outlook
  • Installation, configuration, and customization of MS Office Suite applications • Security Infrastructure
  • Familiarity with MFA and password policies • Networking Proficiency
  • Understanding TCP/IP subnetting and troubleshooting Internet connectivity
  • Familiarity with High Availability/Load Balancing solutions, MDM technology, and Microsoft Azure
  • Administrative tasks including user management, file permissions, event log checks, and backup restoration Time Management and Communication Skills:
  • Accurate time tracking through daily time entry and monthly billing
  • Ability to onboard new clients and maintain Minimum Documentation Standards
  • Commitment to ongoing self-training and effective communication with stakeholders
  • Ownership of tasks with attention to detail Team Collaboration:
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and seek technical expertise when needed
  • Provide accurate time estimates and understand the importance of team success
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and support team goals

  • Familiarity with company's product portfolio and active participation in professional networking on and off hours.

Required Skills and Experience: 
  • 3+ years’ hands-on experience in IT support
  • Experience in supporting and managing company Windows Servers and Windows based workstations
  • Experience supporting Ruckus ICX switches and SonicWall
  • Experience in deploying workstations and laptops to employees
  • Experience in maintaining a Site-to-Site VPN tunnel for a small branch
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting for 40+ workstation and laptops
  • Experience in managing environments through Windows Active Directory and DNS
  • Experience managing Exchange Online email accounts
  • Experience migrating employee email and server backup to Microsoft Office 365 cloud platforms
  • Experience migrating Windows 2008 R2 domain controller to Server 2019
