Overview: Our client, a mortgage company, is seeking several Program Managers to join their Cloud and Infrastructure Transformation Initiative!
This is a Hybrid, mostly remote role with occasional onsite work in the Dallas/Fort Worth Texas area.
These positions are contract to hire, with an initial 12 month contract duration!
Job Summary: These IT Infrastructure Transformation Program Managers will be a key part of a large technology transformation impacting multiple lines of business, requiring expertise in cloud migrations, datacenter moves, operational upskilling, and monitoring.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving these initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence across the organization. This position demands a strategic mindset and hands-on experience to lead and execute complex IT projects effectively.
The role includes:
Provides effective leadership in program implementation
Initiates, plans, and executes projects while controlling the project lifecycle process to ensure timely delivery of quality solutions and accurate documentation of project activities
Manages projects across onshore and offshore teams
Works closely in collaboration with various IT towers and lines of business to ensure harmonious cooperation in on-time and on-budget project delivery
Supports business partners in resolving IT operational concerns
Daily program management throughout the program life cycle
Defining the program governance (controls);
Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress
Managing the program’s budget
Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements
Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies
Managing and utilizing resources across projects
Managing stakeholders’ communication;
Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the program’s “outcome” with the aid of the business change manager; and
Managing the main program documentations such as the program initiation document.

Uses project management tools to maintain project status, including risk and issue tracking, financials, forecasts, staffing, etc.
Creates and maintains project documentation, including management of project change control Defines, understands, documents, and communicates the objectives, technical scope, and detailed requirements of the project.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS \
Graduation from a 4-year college or university with major course work in a discipline related to the requirements of the position.
PgMP and/or PMP certification strongly preferred
3+ years' GCP experience in a program delivery role.
Expertise in cloud service delivery models.
Certified Solutions Architect from major cloud provider (Azure, GCP, AWS)
Agile Certification
ITIL Certification
Minimum 10 years professional experience as a project manager, 5 years of which leading programs with multiple operational and development projects.
Previous experience in Mortgage Originations, Servicing – Performing Assets, Servicing – Default, and/or Reverse is preferred
