Reporting to the Sales Director, the Technical Account Executivewill play a key role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and providing top-notch client services to organizations nationwide. Your primary responsibilities include business development, sales prospecting, and client account management. You will be working in a lively, team environment that is collaborative, creative, hardworking, and client centric.
Business Development & Sales
Identify and develop new client relationships while managing existing accounts.
Serve as a strategic partner for clients, assisting with IT resource planning and hiring initiatives.
Prospect, cold call, and schedule client meetings.
Generate and close job orders and business requirements.
Prepare and present proposals to potential clients.
Assist the recruiting team in identifying top-tier contractors.
Market & Industry Knowledge
Stay up to date on IT trends, staffing needs, and market rates for IT services.
Understand and articulate CSS-Tec’s services, value proposition, and unique selling points.
Complete sales projections and strategic planning.
Client & Internal Accountability
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Bullhorn (CSS Tec’s CRM).
Assist in collections when required.
Manage on-site employees as needed.
Ensure acceptable margins on deals closed.
Monitor key performance metrics, including interview/hire ratios and team quality assurance.
Participate in local networking organizations to develop professional contacts.
Provide mentorship to team members when needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
2-5 years of experience in Recruiting or Sales/Business Development
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts
Strong ability to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
Experience building and maintaining long-term client relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to negotiate contracts and service agreements.
Ability to assess client needs and provide strategic staffing solutions
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
Physical Capabilities:
Must be able to independently lift approximately 10 – 15 pounds
Must be able to remain stationary at a desk for 50% of the time
Must be able to occasionally travel within other offices and possibly clients if needed
