Company Overview Our client is a growing field services organization with operations in Atlanta, Michigan, and California. Currently overseeing 15 brands, we are on a strategic path to scale to 25 brands through ongoing mergers and acquisitions. With approximately 300 employees across both office and field operations, our client leverages modern IT infrastructure and partnerships to support rapid expansion and seamless service delivery.
Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee and evolve our technology environment across multiple brands and locations. This role will focus on infrastructure oversight, Microsoft O365 administration, vendor management, cyber assessments, and helping unify disparate VOIP systems into a cohesive, centralized framework. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, multi-site environments and is eager to grow into a leadership position.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary O365 administrator (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.), outside of MSP oversight
Collaborate with Quatro MSP and offshore teams to oversee infrastructure projects and system performance
Provide day-to-day support for break/fix issues, help desk escalation, device management, and monitoring
Standardize and manage VOIP systems across 15+ brands with the goal of centralizing processes
Support ongoing cybersecurity assessments and audits across all entities
Assist in vendor onboarding, relationship management, and infrastructure optimization
Partner with internal stakeholders during M&A rollouts, onboarding, and systems integration
Contribute to the development and implementation of a Datalake and other data modernization initiatives
Travel for occasional 1–3 day site visits as part of brand onboarding or infrastructure rollouts
Support incident response and troubleshooting for IT and cyber outages
Required Qualifications
5+ years of IT infrastructure or systems administration experience
Experience supporting Microsoft O365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
Familiarity with VOIP system administration and centralization strategies
Exposure to or oversight of MSPs, offshore teams, or third-party vendors
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and IT operations fundamentals
Solid understanding of networking, endpoint management, and infrastructure monitoring
Proven success working across multiple sites or with field-based teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work across technical and non-technical teams
Experience supporting franchises or multi-brand organizations is highly desirable
Demonstrated career longevity and professional maturity
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in environments with mergers & acquisitions or rapid growth
Hands-on exposure to cloud migrations, server decommissioning, or Datalake creation
Previous work in franchise, multi-location, or field service-driven organizations
Growth Opportunity This role will evolve into a leadership position overseeing a small team (1–2 direct reports) with a clearly defined path to higher compensation and strategic influence within 2–3 years.
