Salesforce Technical Product Expert - Direct Hire opportunity!
Overview: Our client, a financial institution in the Harrisburg Area is seeking an AVP of Salesforce to join their team.
This position is a direct hire role, mostly remote, with 1 day a month onsite at HQ in the Harrisburg area.

Summary: The AVP Salesforce Platform provides direction and oversight on the integration and maintenance of the Salesforce CRM system. The role will manage and develop the Salesforce CRM platform to drive the organizational and marketing initiatives. The role is an integral part of developing our Salesforce CRM journey thru implementation and continuous development. Overall, the role is accountable for the overall administration and execution of the Salesforce CRM strategy.
Responsibilities:
Promote the use of the Salesforce CRM system and expand adoption by adapting and automating business processes within the platform
Collaborate with various departments to analyze work processes and improve workflows using Salesforce capabilities
Build and manage project plans, ensuring adherence to schedules and effective prioritization in collaboration with internal partners
Serve as the primary liaison with ITS, Project Management, and the Salesforce platform provider
Develop and enhance training programs for internal business units to ensure Salesforce is integrated into daily operations
Ensure Salesforce serves as the source of truth for prospective customer and customer data
Lead all CRM projects that support the ongoing development of the CRM strategy
Oversee data and process improvement projects, as well as system integration initiatives, to enhance CRM capabilities
Required Experience:
8-10 years of related Salesforce experience
5-8 years of leadership/management experience
Experienced user of leading a Salesforce CRM system with a good understanding of how effective use of a CRM system can support business growth
Competencies in team dynamics by leading and motivating to obtain desired results
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work closely and effectively with a diverse group of people to establish and maintain effective and productive working relationships
Well organized and effective time and project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once to meet tight deadlines
A track records in overseeing CRM related integrations, migrations and automations
Attention to detail, with an ability to work with large amounts of data, identifying issues and resolutions to manage data integrity
