Job Title: HR Systems Analyst – viEval
 

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HR Systems Analyst – viEval to join our client and play a key role in optimizing HR technology solutions. This hybrid, contract-to-hire position, based in Philadelphia, PA, focuses on analyzing business needs, configuring and supporting HR systems, enhancing performance management processes, and ensuring technology solutions meet operational goals. The role serves as a liaison between the HR team and IT, driving process improvements and delivering efficient system solutions.
 

Work Schedule:
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Hybrid schedule: two days onsite in Philadelphia, PA
 

Key Responsibilities of the HR Systems Analyst – viEval:
• Collaborate with HR teams to assess business needs and recommend technology solutions
• Conduct workflow and process analyses to identify efficiencies and implement best practices
• Manage configuration, administration, and support of performance evaluation systems, including viEval
• Partner with IT to implement and maintain system integrations, upgrades, and enhancements
• Develop test plans, execute system testing, and support user acceptance testing
• Create user guides, training materials, and documentation to support end-user adoption
• Provide technical support for HR performance management systems, resolving issues and ensuring system stability
• Design and deliver complex reports and data analyses using advanced query techniques
 

Qualifications and Skills for the HR Systems Analyst – viEval:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• At least 5 years of HRIS experience, with proven viEval expertise
• Proficiency in Aderant viDesktop or viEval (required)
• Experience with Workday HCM (preferred)
• Strong technical skills, including SQL, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with reporting tools
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical mindset and proven problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively
• High attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrated adaptability in learning and applying new systems and processes quickly
