Job Title: Senior Solutions Delivery Strategist (AI)
 

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Solutions Delivery Strategist (AI) to join our client to design and deliver modernization solutions that bridge legacy systems with next-generation AI capabilities. This role, based in Tempe, AZ or near Trenton, NJ, operates on a hybrid schedule and is a direct-hire opportunity. The strategist will function as an individual contributor, combining product strategy with hands-on solution architecture to define technology roadmaps, evaluate vendor solutions, and create scalable frameworks that support the organization’s AI transformation journey.

Compensation:
$175,000 annually
 

Work Schedule:
Monday–Thursday onsite, Friday remote; standard 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM with some flexibility.
 

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Solutions Delivery Strategist (AI):
• Design and document solution architectures that modernize legacy applications and align with enterprise technology roadmaps.
• Evaluate existing systems to recommend modernization approaches, balancing buy vs. build decisions and integration with COTS solutions.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop an AI roadmap, identify practical use cases, and guide implementation strategies.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and system dependencies.
• Develop and present application architecture design documents, proofs of concept, and technical recommendations to leadership.
• Support the evolution of enterprise platforms by contributing to the definition of AI, automation, and agentic technology strategies.
 

Qualifications and Skills for the Senior Solutions Delivery Strategist (AI):
• Proven experience designing enterprise-scale solutions, modernizing legacy systems, and developing architecture documentation.
• Strong technical background in cloud environments (Azure and/or AWS) and experience with automation or AI-based tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to align technology strategies.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for both business and technical audiences.
• Hands-on approach with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
