Job Title: Technology Delivery Strategist
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Technology Delivery Strategist to join our client in a hybrid role near Trenton, NJ. This direct-hire position is responsible for leading the design and delivery of business-focused systems, solutions, and processes. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, bridging business needs with IT capabilities to ensure technology initiatives are implemented seamlessly across enterprise environments. This role will support both mainframe and distributed computing platforms, while providing visibility to executive leadership and opportunities to contribute to strategic projects.
Compensation:
• $111,850 – $177,842/year based on experience
Work Schedule:
• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (local time)
• Hybrid: 4 days onsite (Monday–Thursday), 1 day remote (Friday)
Key Responsibilities of the Technology Delivery Strategist:
• Design, deliver, and enhance scalable business systems, solutions, and associated standards.
• Serve as a key delivery partner, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Provide expertise to resolve complex technical and business challenges while ensuring compliance with policies, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Translate business vision into actionable technical roadmaps, strategies, and proof-of-concepts.
• Partner with technology, project management, product, and security teams to implement solutions.
• Guide internal teams and vendors through solution development, demos, and testing processes.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts by assessing system capabilities and recommending enhancements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for critical business initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills for the Technology Delivery Strategist:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 5+ years of related professional experience required (10+ years strongly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, SDLC methodologies, and enterprise design systems.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft platforms, AWS, and emerging tools such as CoPilot.
• Familiarity with encryption, SOC2, and data security practices.
• Proven ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and drive consensus across diverse teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving, consulting, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated resourcefulness, accountability, and ability to back recommendations with data.
