Job Title: ERP System Project Manager
 

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an ERP System Project Manager to join our client to lead a major technology transformation within a higher education environment. This role will oversee the implementation of a new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and maintaining the integrity and performance of IT operations. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive system integration, improve data reliability, and enhance operational efficiency. This is a direct-hire opportunity based onsite in the Ardmore, PA area, offering a chance to shape the institution’s digital future through strategic technology leadership.
 

Compensation:
$85,000 – $95,000 annually
 

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (one-hour lunch)
 

Key Responsibilities of the ERP System Project Manager:
• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of an ERP implementation, coordinating input from campus-wide stakeholders to ensure successful deployment.
• Develop and execute IT strategies that align with organizational objectives, supporting innovation, scalability, and long-term system reliability.
• Oversee daily IT operations, including systems, networks, cloud infrastructure, and application support for both administrative and instructional functions.
• Manage vendor relationships, technology budgets, and service contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Guide and mentor IT team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, and compliance standards related to data security and regulatory reporting.
• Serve as the primary liaison between technology teams, leadership, and end-users to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
 

Qualifications and Skills for the ERP System Project Manager:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 7 years of progressive IT experience, including team leadership or project management responsibilities.
• Proven expertise in ERP implementation, networking, telecommunications, and IT security.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and organizational levels.
• Experience supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS) and higher education technologies required
• Familiarity with Ellucian ERP systems strongly desired.
