Job Title: CRM Lead
 

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a CRM Lead to join our client to drive the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-level CRM solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. This role plays a key part in shaping digital transformation initiatives, leveraging AI and machine learning to enhance customer engagement and streamline business processes. The CRM Lead will oversee a team of developers, guide integrations across multiple systems, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and technical standards. This is a remote contract position with occasional onsite requirements in Harrisburg, PA.
 

Work Schedule:
Standard business hours, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
 

Key Responsibilities of the CRM Lead:
• Architect and execute the strategic roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related Power Platform applications to optimize enterprise CRM performance.
• Lead, mentor, and oversee a technical team of CRM and full stack developers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Develop, configure, and integrate CRM systems with ERP, payment gateways, AI tools, and contact center technologies to create a seamless customer experience.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to leadership, providing insight on emerging Microsoft technologies, AI applications, and best practices.
• Manage documentation, testing, and reporting to maintain transparency, compliance, and knowledge-sharing across technical and business teams.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with business stakeholders, vendors, and project sponsors to ensure effective collaboration and solution alignment.
 

Qualifications and Skills for the CRM Lead:
• Certified Microsoft Power Platform or Customer Engagement Fast Track Solution Architect required.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience developing and implementing Microsoft CE applications as a lead developer or architect.
• Proven expertise in D365 CE, Power Platform, and AI/ML integration to automate and enhance business processes.
• Strong technical background in .NET, JavaScript, React, SSIS, and data migration to Microsoft CRM.
• Experience integrating with ERP systems, SAP, payment processing, and omnichannel communication tools (ChatBOT, IVR, digital wallets).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics, Azure AI, and Power Apps certifications preferred.
