IT Project Manager (Remote | Contract-to-Hire)

Pay: $50–$60/hour | Schedule: Mon–Fri, standard business hours (flexible by time zone)

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is hiring an IT Project Manager to lead technology initiatives focused on enhancing Association Management Systems (AMS), such as Cobalt CRM or Microsoft Dynamics 365. This fully remote, contract-to-hire role involves managing complex IT projects—from implementation to integration—ensuring timely, on-budget delivery aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead AMS-related projects from planning to deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define goals and requirements.
• Coordinate internal teams and vendors for seamless execution.
• Maintain project documentation and manage risks.
• Support testing, rollout, and user adoption.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience.
• Hands-on experience with AMS platforms (Cobalt CRM or Dynamics 365 preferred).
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
