Job Title: PMO Analyst

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a PMO Analyst to join our client to support strategic project initiatives and optimize resource management within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This individual will collaborate closely with leadership to ensure effective project alignment, resource utilization, and communication across teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, discretion, and initiative to help streamline processes and drive organizational efficiency. This is a hybrid position based in Philadelphia, PA, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-impact business goals.

Compensation:
$48.71 per hour

Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. | Hybrid (onsite Tuesday–Thursday)

Key Responsibilities of the PMO Analyst:

• Partner with the Resource Manager to coordinate daily resource planning activities, ensuring alignment between team capacity and project demands.

• Oversee project allocations and monitor resource utilization to support balanced workloads and efficient project execution.

• Facilitate one-on-one check-ins and team discussions to address project updates, potential risks, and development opportunities.

• Support problem resolution by collaborating across departments to mitigate challenges and maintain progress toward key milestones.

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive personnel and project information.

Qualifications and Skills for the PMO Analyst:

• Proven experience in project or resource management, preferably within a PMO or operations-focused environment.

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities with a proactive and analytical mindset.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field, with 4+ years of relevant experience.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain discretion in all interactions.
