Job Title: SAP BRIM Consultant

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a SAP BRIM Consultant to join our client to support the design, delivery, and optimization of high-volume, consumption-based billing solutions. This role partners closely with business and technical teams to translate complex revenue and subscription models into scalable SAP S/4HANA BRIM solutions. The consultant will play a hands-on role across implementation, integration, testing, and enablement while ensuring compliance, performance, and data integrity. This is a temporary, onsite role based in Middletown, PA, supporting enterprise-scale system initiatives.

Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities of the SAP BRIM Consultant:

• Architect, configure, and deploy SAP S/4HANA BRIM components to support subscription management, usage-based billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
• Partner with business stakeholders to lead requirements workshops, validate user stories, and translate operational needs into end-to-end SAP BRIM process designs.
• Design and govern integrations between SAP BRIM and external platforms, including CRM systems, payment gateways, and mediation tools, ensuring secure and real-time transaction flows.
• Ensure solutions meet regulatory and audit standards by embedding PCI DSS, SOC1, and SOC2 compliance into system design and payment processing architecture.
• Oversee data migration, cutover planning, and reconciliation activities for large data volumes, collaborating with data teams to minimize downtime and preserve data accuracy.
• Drive quality through documentation, functional specifications, testing execution, defect resolution, and continuous improvement aligned with SAP best practices.

Qualifications and Skills for the SAP BRIM Consultant:

• Extensive hands-on experience configuring SAP BRIM within SAP S/4HANA environments, including Subscription Order Management and Convergent Invoicing, with cloud-hosted implementations.
• Proven delivery experience across multiple full lifecycle SAP BRIM implementations in complex, high-volume billing environments.
• Strong background integrating SAP solutions with non-SAP CRM systems and real-time payment platforms, including tokenization and secure payment processing.
• Demonstrated expertise in compliance-driven system design, including PCI standards and audit-focused controls.
• Familiarity with usage capture, mediation systems, and consumption-based or variable billing models; industry experience in utilities or transportation is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams, supported by experience with Agile delivery tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
