Job Title: Sr. Workday HRIS Analyst
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a
Sr. Workday HRIS Analyst to join our client’s team in
King of Prussia, PA. This is a
direct hire opportunity working onsite during standard business hours. In this role, you will play a critical part in stabilizing and optimizing a recently fast-tracked Workday implementation, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, providing insights and solutions that support organizational growth and transformation.
Compensation:
$110,000 – $115,000 annually
Work Schedule:
Standard business hours, Monday–Friday
Key Responsibilities of the Sr. Workday HRIS Analyst:
- Oversee and enhance Workday functionality post-implementation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Partner with leadership to present data-driven insights and recommendations
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while improving processes for scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational changes and workforce transitions
Qualifications and Skills for the Sr. Workday HRIS Analyst:
- Proven experience with Workday HRIS, including implementation and optimization
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
