Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our client to support the design, enhancement, and optimization of their enterprise Salesforce environment. This role will contribute to building scalable solutions, improving system performance, and ensuring smooth integrations across business platforms. The Senior Developer will collaborate with cross functional teams, provide guidance on platform best practices, and support continuous improvement efforts. This contract-to-hire position is based in Philadelphia, PA and operates on a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite, 1 day remote).
Compensation:
$65–$70/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM EST

- Support incident resolution, platform performance, and system stability
- Contribute to process improvements through documentation, tools, and mentorship
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of hands on Salesforce development
- Proficiency with JSON, XML, JavaScript, SQL, and multi system architecture
- Experience working in Agile environments with modern deployment tools
- Salesforce certifications demonstrating platform expertise
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
