Job Title: Senior Configuration Solutions Analyst
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Configuration Solutions Analyst to join our client to support the design, optimization, and maintenance of complex benefit and claims configurations within the HealthRules Payer platform. This role contributes to operational accuracy by developing effective configuration solutions for new products, system updates, and process enhancements. The analyst will also guide issue resolution, participate in release cycles, and collaborate with cross?functional teams to improve system workflows. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a detailed, analytical, healthcare?focused environment.
Compensation:
$42.85/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, normal business hours (EST), flexible

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Configuration Solutions Analyst:

• Oversee the build, refinement, and validation of HealthRules Payer benefit and claims configurations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Deliver thoughtful configuration solutions that support operational changes, product introductions, and platform enhancements.
• Manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets by prioritizing requests, researching issues, and meeting service-level expectations.
• Support release activities by evaluating configuration impacts, testing system updates, and collaborating with internal partners.
• Identify and recommend improvements that streamline configuration processes and strengthen operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills for the Senior Configuration Solutions Analyst:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with the HealthRules Payer platform, specifically in benefits and claims configuration.
• Strong understanding of healthcare payer operations and proven analytical and problem?solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in ticket-driven environments with strong communication skills for cross?team collaboration.
• Prior experience with HealthRules-focused organizations such as HealthEdge or UST HealthProof is highly preferred.
• A related bachelor’s degree is preferred, although equivalent experience is fully considered.
