Job Title: Software Engineer

Job Overview:

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Software Engineer to join our client and contribute to the delivery of secure, reliable, and high performing applications. In this role, you will support the development of new features, partner closely with cross functional teams, and help ensure a smooth, scalable engineering workflow. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys building maintainable, high quality software. This is a remote, contract-to-hire opportunity.

Work Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities of the Software Engineer:

Design and implement well structured, secure code that meets internal quality standards.
Collaborate with Product, UX, Backend, and other partners to deliver cohesive, user focused features.
Maintain and improve code quality through participation in peer reviews and adherence to best practices.
Support and mentor fellow engineers to strengthen team performance and technical maturity.
Perform additional engineering tasks and project support as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills for the Software Engineer:

Proven experience building and delivering production ready software in a collaborative environment.
Familiarity with secure coding, testing methodologies, and performance considerations.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical and nontechnical partners.
A related degree is helpful, but equivalent hands-on experience is equally valued.
Demonstrated ability to write maintainable, scalable, and well?documented code.
