Job Title: IAM Lead
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an IAM Lead to join our client to drive the development of a comprehensive metrics and reporting program within their Identity & Access Management function. This role will shape how IAM performance is measured, communicated, and optimized across the organization. The selected candidate will transform raw data into meaningful KPIs, KRIs, and dashboards that support informed decisions at the executive level. This is an excellent opportunity for a metrics?minded IAM professional who enjoys autonomy and building programs from the ground up.
Compensation:
$75–$82/hour 
Work Schedule:
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, fully remote (EST or CST preferred)
Key Responsibilities of the IAM Lead:

• Develop a structured framework of IAM metrics, KPIs, and KRIs that provide insights into program effectiveness and risk posture.
• Build automated dashboards and reporting tools, reducing reliance on manual processes and increasing consistency of data delivery.
• Design executive?level visualizations and summaries tailored for cross?functional and leadership audiences.
• Partner with Information Security metrics teams to ensure cohesive measurement strategies and unified reporting standards.
• Operate independently while taking ownership of ongoing improvements to the IAM reporting ecosystem.

Qualifications and Skills for the IAM Lead:

• A related bachelor’s degree is preferred, though equivalent hands-on experience in IAM and security reporting is fully considered.
• 5–7+ years of experience working within IT Security, with direct involvement in metrics, KPIs, and program reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI and solid working knowledge of Excel for data analysis.
• Proven ability to present complex data to Executive Leadership in a clear, compelling manner.
• Prior experience with IAM?specific metrics and reporting programs is highly advantageous.
