Job Title: Project Manager
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to join our client to support cross-functional initiatives that enhance operations, technology, analytics, and enterprise readiness. This role plays a central part in aligning business units, guiding project plans, and ensuring timely delivery of complex programs across technical and operational domains. The ideal candidate will bring a strong balance of structured project leadership, analytical capability, and stakeholder communication. This is a contract position based in Camden, NJ, operating on a hybrid schedule.
Compensation:
$75–$80/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday | Standard Business Hours

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

  • Oversee multi-department programs spanning IT, engineering, marketing, operations, and supply chain, ensuring clear timelines, dependency management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Lead project planning activities including schedule building, RAID oversight, risk documentation, and executive-level reporting.
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and analytics to support decision-making using tools such as Oracle BI, Qlik, and PerformX.
  • Coordinate system integrations, vendor partnerships, testing efforts, and operational readiness for technology, parts, and product launches.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts including ROI assessments, process optimization, root cause analysis, and quality initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills for the Project Manager:

  • Proven experience managing cross-functional corporate projects with the ability to balance multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel and business intelligence platforms, including experience translating data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience working with senior leaders and diverse business teams.
  • Background in automotive, supply chain, engineering, or manufacturing environments is highly beneficial, along with familiarity with SAP, WMS, BI integrations, and enterprise risk or continuity programs.
  • A degree in a related discipline is preferred, though equivalent professional experience is also valued.
