Job Title: SAP EAM (ISU) Sr Systems Analyst
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a
SAP Sr Systems Analyst to join our client to support and streamline their enterprise asset management technology ecosystem. This role focuses on enhancing SAP IS-U functionality, optimizing end-to-end workflows, and ensuring stable operations across key business processes. The analyst will partner closely with internal teams to interpret requirements, design functional solutions, and guide testing cycles that strengthen system performance. This is a
hybrid, direct-hire position based in
Pittsburgh, PA.
Compensation:
$122,000 – $150,000 annual salary + bonus
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities of the SAP EAM ISU Sr Systems Analyst:
- Support SAP IS-U EAM modules, including device-related functions and order management processes, ensuring consistent system reliability.
- Troubleshoot and analyze application issues, execute root-cause evaluations, and implement improvements that enhance user experience and platform stability.
- Gather business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and assist in designing system enhancements and workflow updates.
- Plan, execute, and document integration, regression, and upgrade testing to validate system changes and maintain quality standards.
- Maintain structured master data processes and contribute to documentation, continuity readiness, and system governance activities.
Qualifications and Skills for the SAP Sr Systems Analyst:
- A degree in a relevant field is preferred; equivalent SAP-focused experience is also valued.
- Ten or more years of hands-on SAP application support with strong expertise in SAP IS U EAM and device/work management components.
- Proven experience working in complex operational environments with interdependent systems.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions while ensuring clarity, readiness, and accuracy.
