Compensation:
$53–$75/hour

Key Responsibilities of the Power BI Developer (EPM):
- Deliver Power BI reporting solutions and data models that support enterprise planning and financial analysis.
- Build and optimize datasets and dataflows using Snowflake, ensuring accuracy and strong performance.
- Translate FP&A requirements into intuitive dashboards and metrics aligned with forecasting and budgeting needs.
- Support Agile-based analytics work, handling rapid-turnaround and ad hoc reporting requests.
- Partner with stakeholders to clarify needs, validate outputs, and communicate results with clarity and confidence.
- 3–5 years of hands-on Power BI development, including DAX, modeling, and report design.
- Experience with enterprise performance management (EPM) systems—TMI strongly preferred.
- Background supporting financial planning and analysis teams through reporting and data visualization.
- Proficiency working with Snowflake and integrating large datasets into BI solutions.
- Ability to work efficiently in Agile environments with strong, direct communication skills.
