Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to join our client and help drive the successful delivery of a new enterprise mobile event application. This role plays a key part in coordinating cross functional workstreams, ensuring project milestones are met, and keeping stakeholders aligned throughout all phases of execution. The Project Manager will oversee planning, communication, risk management, and process improvements within a highly collaborative PMO environment. This is a long term contract opportunity perfect for someone who thrives in complex, multi-team initiatives and enjoys bringing structure to fast moving digital projects.
Compensation:
$65–$70/hr
Work Schedule:
8:00 AM–4:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
- Oversee end-to-end project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking using Smartsheet and other PM tools.
- Guide day-to-day delivery through Agile ceremonies, cross-team coordination, and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure project quality by monitoring deliverables, facilitating reviews, and proactively managing issues, risks, and dependencies across teams and regions.
- Allocate resources, manage partner collaboration, and maintain clear and accurate documentation, dashboards, and reports.
- Drive ongoing improvements to project management processes, workflows, and communication practices.
Qualifications and Skills for the Project Manager:
- A degree in a related field is preferred, and equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- 10+ years of project management experience, including leading complex, multi-team digital or mobile initiatives.
- Active PMP certification and a strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid frameworks.
- Hands-on experience developing project roadmaps, briefs, user stories, and backlogs for technology focused work.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, leadership presence, and attention to detail.
