Job Title: IT Project Delivery Manager

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an IT Project Delivery Manager to join our client to lead high visibility initiatives and drive consistent delivery across enterprise technology programs.

In this role, you will serve as a hands on delivery leader focused on Agile execution, sprint management, and guiding teams to deliver reliable project outcomes. You will coordinate across technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring strong governance, clear communication, and alignment with strategic priorities such as enterprise modernization and operational resilience. This position requires a proactive leader who can manage complex portfolios, identify risks early, and leverage automation and analytics to enhance project visibility and decision making.

This is a contract opportunity based in Malvern, PA, operating on a hybrid schedule.

Compensation:
$68–$70/hr

Work Schedule:
9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., onsite/hybrid in Malvern, PA

Key Responsibilities of the IT Project Delivery Manager:

• Lead Agile project delivery by managing sprint planning, execution, and team coordination to ensure consistent and reliable outcomes across multiple initiatives.
• Oversee portfolio level coordination, including cross program dependency management and governance integration across technology and business domains.
• Implement risk informed prioritization models and support enterprise initiatives focused on modernization, operational resilience, and portfolio governance.
• Leverage automation and AI assisted analytics to support predictive risk modeling, portfolio insights, and enhanced visibility into delivery performance.
• Develop executive reporting, dashboards, and insights that inform CIO and IT leadership on progress, risks, investment tracking, and strategic priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management standards, reporting processes, and automation tools to strengthen delivery consistency and organizational transparency.

Qualifications and Skills for the IT Project Delivery Manager:

• A background in project or program delivery supported by a related degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years leading technology projects or programs in complex, fast moving environments with cross functional teams.
• Hands on experience with Agile delivery frameworks including sprint management, backlog prioritization, and team leadership.
• Strong portfolio coordination and governance experience with the ability to manage cross program dependencies and organizational priorities.
• Experience using data, reporting tools, or automation to improve executive visibility, portfolio analytics, and risk management.
