Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an RPA Developer to join our client to support the design, enhancement, and deployment of automated workflows that streamline business operations. In this role, you’ll partner closely with cross functional teams to analyze processes, build scalable automations, and ensure high-performing bot functionality across the enterprise. This position blends technical problem-solving with process optimization, offering the opportunity to influence automation strategy from concept through delivery. This is a 100% remote, contract opportunity.
Compensation:
$39/hr

Key Responsibilities of the RPA Developer:
- Design, configure, test, and implement UiPath automations to improve operational efficiency across multiple business units.
- Partner with stakeholders to evaluate workflows, define automation criteria, and create supporting project documentation.
- Oversee the deployment, performance monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of existing bots, resolving issues and enhancing capabilities as needed.
- Lead or support end-to-end project cycles, ensuring timely bot releases and clear communication throughout development.
- Apply technical expertise in SQL, APIs, macros, and system integrations to build reliable, scalable automation solutions.
Qualifications and Skills for the RPA Developer:
- Background in automation development with 3–5 years of technical experience, ideally including UiPath Orchestrator and additional automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of real estate-related processes (e.g., MI, Title, Valuations, Closing, SFR) and ability to document workflows in detail.
- Skilled in troubleshooting software issues, analyzing system behavior, and recommending automation improvements.
- Proficiency with .NET, SQL, macros, APIs, and advanced Microsoft Office tools.
- A related bachelor’s degree is preferred, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
