Job Title: Telecom & Mobility Administrator
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Telecom & Mobility Administrator to join our client to support the stability, security, and performance of their enterprise voice and mobile environments. This role plays a key part in ensuring employees stay connected by managing VoIP systems, mobile device platforms, and carrier services. The ideal candidate will blend technical expertise with strong customer support skills to deliver reliable communication tools across the organization. This onsite position offers the opportunity to work closely with IT, networking, and vendor teams to keep mission?critical systems operating smoothly.
Compensation:
$60,000 annually
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities of the Telecom & Mobility Administrator:
- Oversee daily operations of enterprise telephony platforms, including VoIP, PBX, call routing features, number management, and system configurations.
- Monitor call quality, troubleshoot service issues, and work collaboratively with networking teams to maintain optimal performance standards.
- Manage mobile device and user access through MDM/UEM tools, ensuring secure deployments, compliant configurations, and proper lifecycle management.
- Coordinate with wireless carriers on provisioning, billing, contracts, device orders, SIM management, and support escalations.
- Maintain up?to?date documentation, asset inventories, process guides, and support activities for onboarding, offboarding, and hardware refresh cycles.
Qualifications and Skills for the Telecom & Mobility Administrator:
- Education in IT, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent hands?on experience supporting enterprise voice and mobility systems.
- Working knowledge of VoIP technologies, SIP, routing, number provisioning, and telecom infrastructure.
- Experience with mobile device management tools such as Intune, Okta, Workspace ONE, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of network fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and QoS best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities paired with excellent communication and service?oriented support skills.
