Job Title: SAP S/4HANA RISE Security Architect
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an SAP S/4HANA RISE Security Architect to join our client to help drive the design and oversight of secure enterprise solutions across a large SAP environment. This role will play a key part in shaping end-to-end security architecture spanning SAP platforms, cloud services, integrations, and infrastructure. The architect will guide teams through secure design decisions, risk identification, and mitigation strategies to ensure systems meet regulatory and enterprise security expectations. This is a fully remote contract opportunity supporting major transformation initiatives.
Compensation:
$80–$85/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm EST/CST

Key Responsibilities of the SAP S/4HANA RISE Security Architect:
- Oversee holistic security architecture across SAP systems, cloud environments, networks, and integrated platforms.
- Guide the design and governance of secure solutions, ensuring alignment with internal standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Conduct architectural risk assessments, threat modeling, and gap analysis to strengthen security posture.
- Support build, deployment, troubleshooting, and connectivity decisions related to SAP and non-SAP applications.
- Partner closely with infrastructure, cloud, app engineering, and vendor teams to communicate risks, trade-offs, and recommended paths forward.
Qualifications and Skills for the SAP S/4HANA RISE Security Architect:
- Extensive experience leading SAP security architecture, including S/4HANA and RISE environments.
- Strong understanding of SAP authorization frameworks, Fiori security design, HANA database security, and integration protection.
- Proven ability to move solutions from design through build and deployment with hands-on technical oversight.
- Skilled at identifying risks, architectural weaknesses, and needed controls across complex enterprise environments.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence both technical teams and leadership.
