Job Title: Manager, SAP FICO Reporting
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Manager, SAP FICO Reporting to join our client to support critical financial systems operations and guide ongoing enhancements to SAP platforms. In this role, you will oversee core finance technology, ensuring data accuracy, system stability, and seamless reporting for a large, multi-entity organization. You’ll partner closely with finance and IT teams to manage master data, upgrades, integrations, and month-end processes. This position is ideal for a seasoned SAP FICO expert who enjoys leading cross-functional initiatives and driving continuous improvement across financial systems.
Compensation:
$125,000 – $150,000 annual salary
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Hybrid, 2–3 days onsite in Frazer, PA)
Key Responsibilities of the Manager, SAP FICO Reporting:
• Oversee the daily performance and long-term strategy of SAP ECC and S4 HANA financial modules, ensuring accuracy and reliability of core finance functions.
• Lead system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and maintenance efforts while coordinating with IT, finance teams, and external partners.
• Manage financial master data, system controls, and tax-related configurations to support compliance and consistent reporting.
• Support key accounting cycles—including the monthly close—by troubleshooting issues, validating data flows, and optimizing automated processes.
• Guide the administration of Blackline and assist with onboarding acquired entities into the financial system landscape.
Qualifications and Skills for the Manager, SAP FICO Reporting:
• A degree in Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years working with financial systems, including hands-on leadership with SAP FICO and S4 HANA.
• Experience supporting manufacturing environments or similarly complex operational structures is strongly preferred.
• Strength in cross-functional communication, problem-solving, and translating business needs into system solutions.
• Proven ability to uphold internal controls and manage integrations or large-scale system changes.
