Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our client to support critical technology operations and keep daily systems running smoothly. In this role, you will help drive successful hardware and software initiatives, ensuring users have reliable tools and consistent guidance. You will play a key part in diagnosing issues, optimizing system performance, and assisting with technology updates across the organization. This position blends hands on technical support with opportunities to contribute to ongoing improvement projects.
Compensation:
$25 to $28 per hour
Work Schedule:
9 to 5, Monday through Friday, with participation in an on call rotation
• Deliver user assistance for hardware and software issues while maintaining strong communication and documentation practices
• Evaluate, test, and compare systems, applications, and vendor products to confirm reliability, compatibility, and organizational readiness
• Troubleshoot system errors by running diagnostics, performing corrections, and executing recovery or backup procedures as needed
• Contribute to training efforts by creating user friendly documentation and guiding staff through new technology implementations
• Ability to assess system performance, identify issues, and develop practical solutions
• Familiarity with software testing, compatibility reviews, and production rollouts
• Strong communication skills with the ability to create clear documentation and user training materials
• Commitment to staying current on technology trends, tools, and industry best practices
