Job Title: Enterprise Data Strategy Program Manager
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an Enterprise Data Strategy Program Manager to join our client to guide a large scale data transformation initiative across the organization. In this role, you will coordinate strategic planning, execution, and oversight for enterprise data programs that strengthen data accessibility, quality, and governance. You will partner with technical and business leaders to shape the roadmap, align priorities, and ensure adoption of modern data practices. This position blends program leadership with a deep understanding of data management disciplines to drive meaningful organizational change.
Compensation:
$65 to $85 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (no weekends or after hours on call)

Key Responsibilities of the Enterprise Data Strategy Program Manager:

• Guide the development and execution of a multiyear data strategy, including vision setting, roadmapping, and alignment with business objectives
• Oversee program planning activities such as schedules, budgets, resource forecasting, and reporting across multiple workstreams
• Coordinate cross functional teams to implement data governance, quality, metadata, and stewardship practices
• Support delivery of data platforms, tools, and capabilities by partnering with technical leaders and enabling user adoption
• Lead stakeholder engagement and change management efforts to promote awareness, training, and enterprise wide integration of new data practices

Qualifications and Skills for the Enterprise Data Strategy Program Manager:

• A degree in a relevant discipline is preferred, and comparable professional experience will also be considered
• Ten or more years of experience across program management, analytics, data management, or digital transformation
• Proven ability to lead complex enterprise programs with strong communication and senior stakeholder management
• Skilled in data governance, quality concepts, metadata management, and modern cloud based data environments
• Additional strengths such as agile delivery familiarity, compliance knowledge (GDPR or CCPA), and certifications like PMP, PgMP, Prosci, or CDMP are a plus
