Job Title: Help Desk Analyst
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join our client to support daily technical operations and keep end users productive across a remote workforce. This role plays a key part in resolving incoming support requests, troubleshooting system issues, and maintaining efficient communication with both internal teams and external vendors. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment. This is a remote direct hire opportunity offering the chance to contribute to a growing technology organization.
Compensation:
$55,000 to $65,000 annually
Work Schedule:
Flexible start between 7 am and 10 am
Eight hour workday
Rotating off hours call duty
Key Responsibilities of the Help Desk Analyst:
• Deliver timely technical assistance for a high volume of daily support tickets, including O365, password resets, and printer issues
• Troubleshoot client, server, and basic network concerns to keep business operations running smoothly
• Maintain accurate documentation and updates in the help desk system while ensuring service levels and performance metrics are achieved
• Partner with third party vendors to escalate and resolve more complex issues
• Support occasional after hours assignments as part of the on call rotation
Qualifications and Skills for the Help Desk Analyst:
• Three to six years of experience providing technical or help desk support in a professional environment
• Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies including Windows, Office, O365, Active Directory, and Exchange
• Familiarity with AutoTask or similar ticketing tools, VoIP phone systems, and Apple devices
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to guide users through solutions
• Certifications such as A plus, Network plus, MCP, MCSA, or CCNA are valued; experience with Citrix, SonicWALL, or Cisco is a plus
