Job Title: Sr. Project Manager
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join our client to drive complex technology initiatives and ensure the successful delivery of high visibility projects. This role leads efforts that modernize systems, strengthen infrastructure, and support enterprise wide technology advancements. The Sr. Project Manager will guide planning, execution, communication, and cross functional coordination while maintaining focus on timelines, stakeholder alignment, and financial stewardship. This position is ideal for a seasoned project leader who is comfortable managing multiple initiatives at once and influencing senior leadership.
Compensation:
$50 to $60 per hour
Work Schedule:
Hybrid schedule, onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Start between 7 AM and 9 AM, standard 8 hour day

Key Responsibilities of the Sr. Project Manager:
- Oversee the planning and execution of large scale IT initiatives across infrastructure, software upgrades, system rollouts, and related technology programs.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, coordinate resources, and steer day to day delivery to achieve scope, timeline, and budget goals.
- Communicate project updates and risks to senior leaders and legal professionals while ensuring transparency and alignment at every stage.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and external partners to support successful outcomes and address issues quickly.
- Close out completed projects through documentation, performance analysis, and transition of long term ownership to internal teams.
Qualifications and Skills for the Sr. Project Manager:
- More than ten years of IT experience with extensive background leading technology implementation projects.
- Strong working knowledge of networks, infrastructure, cloud platforms, servers, SaaS applications, telephony, audio visual systems, or security operations.
- Experience handling multiple concurrent initiatives and communicating effectively with executives, technical teams, and attorneys.
- Familiarity with tools such as Monday dot com, Microsoft Teams 365, and legal platforms including Litera, Litify, Bighand, or Intapp.
- A related degree is preferred; PMP certification and the ability to quickly learn new technologies are valued.
