Job Title: PMO Analyst
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a PMO Analyst to join our client to support day to day project management operations and technology enablement across the organization. This role is ideal for an early career professional who enjoys structured, task driven work and wants exposure to PMO processes and tools. The analyst will play a key role in keeping projects organized, systems accurate, and requests moving efficiently. This is a contract to hire opportunity based in Philadelphia, PA with a hybrid work arrangement.
Compensation:
$46.66 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time
Hybrid schedule with remote work on Monday and Friday and onsite work Tuesday to Thursday
Key Responsibilities of the PMO Analyst:
• Manage and resolve incoming support tickets related to PMO tools, access, and requests
• Support project intake, setup, maintenance, and closure activities within established systems
• Perform detailed data entry while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and documentation standards
• Provide general technical and PMO operational support, including basic troubleshooting
• Partner with internal teams to clarify requests, resolve issues, and ensure timely task completion
Qualifications and Skills for the PMO Analyst:
• One to three years of experience in an entry level PMO, project coordination, or technical support role
• Strong attention to detail with comfort handling repeatable, task based operational work
• Ability to follow defined processes while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and PMO practices in a growing environment
• Exposure to ticketing systems, access provisioning, or PMO tools such as ServiceNow or Jira is a plus
