Job Title: IT Manager
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an IT Manager to join our client to support and advance the organization’s technology operations and long term IT strategy. This role focuses on ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient systems that enable teams to work effectively in a professional services environment. The IT Manager will serve as a trusted partner to leadership, balancing daily operational needs with forward looking improvements. This is a direct hire opportunity based in Doylestown, PA, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring two to three days onsite each week.
Compensation:
$100,000 to $120,000 annual salary
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities of the IT Manager:
• Oversee the organization’s technology environment, including infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, and end user devices, to ensure consistent performance and availability
• Guide system maintenance efforts such as patching, backups, disaster recovery planning, and issue escalation to minimize downtime and risk
• Drive information security initiatives, conduct risk assessments, and support compliance with industry and client security expectations
• Manage and optimize core business applications, including case management, document management, email, and collaboration tools
• Lead, mentor, and support an internal IT team while coordinating vendors, budgets, service agreements, and technology projects
Qualifications and Skills for the IT Manager:
• A degree in a related field is preferred, though equivalent hands on experience is equally valued
• At least five years of progressive IT experience with demonstrated leadership or supervisory responsibilities
• Strong technical background in infrastructure, networking, Microsoft 365, cloud services, and cybersecurity practices
• Experience supporting a professional services organization, with legal industry exposure considered a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, vendors, and non technical stakeholders
