Job Title: Associate Product Owner
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an Associate Product Owner to join our client to support the evolution and performance of digital member facing platforms. This role focuses on improving the usability and effectiveness of a member website and mobile application through thoughtful analysis and collaboration. The Associate Product Owner will contribute to product planning while partnering with cross functional teams to deliver meaningful enhancements. This is a contract to hire opportunity based in Philadelphia, PA with a hybrid work arrangement.
Compensation:
$51 per hour
Work Schedule:
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with flexible start time; onsite Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday

Key Responsibilities of the Associate Product Owner:
- Support the delivery and ongoing optimization of digital platforms including a member website and mobile application
- Analyze member experience data to inform enhancements maintenance efforts and future platform improvements
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog refinement roadmap planning and prioritization activities
- Partner with product management technology operations and external vendors to support cross functional initiatives
- Create and maintain business requirements operating procedures and related documentation for digital products
- At least two years of experience in a product focused role supporting digital solutions
- Hands on experience working with web based or mobile products in a collaborative environment
- Proven ability to document clear business requirements and support solution implementation
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies and active participation in team ceremonies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings and collaborate across teams
