- Oversee incident intake, prioritization, and resolution using structured ticketing workflows and clear documentation, driving timely triage across application and infrastructure layers.
- Support change management and release execution by following established SDLC practices, coordinating bi-weekly overnight production releases and occasional hotfix deployments.
- Administer user access and permissions across core platforms (e.g., Active Directory, SQL Server, Azure resources, and internal applications) to maintain security and appropriate controls.
- Maintain and monitor infrastructure and end-user systems (network, workstations, phones, endpoints), including provisioning, troubleshooting, and assisting with planned configuration updates.
- Strengthen data and platform reliability by supporting reporting needs (Crystal Reports/SSRS), writing SQL scripts/jobs/stored procedures as needed, and maintaining backup/restore, performance tuning, security, and high-availability components.
- Contribute to operational resilience through scheduled off-hours maintenance (as needed) and participation in disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution.

- Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills, with experience using ticketing systems, documenting root causes, and managing multiple priorities in parallel.
- Working knowledge of application deployments/releases and change control processes, including after-hours release support when required.
- Proficiency with SQL Server administration concepts (backups/restores, security/permissions, performance troubleshooting for CPU/memory/I/O, connectivity, and high availability/replication exposure).
- Experience supporting Microsoft-centric environments such as Windows/Active Directory, Azure services, and common endpoint/network troubleshooting.
- Ability to build or maintain operational reports and support data requests (experience with Crystal Reports and/or SSRS preferred).
- A degree in a related field is preferred, though equivalent hands-on experience is equally valued.
