Job Title: ORMB Systems Analyst
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an ORMB Systems Analyst to join our client to support and improve healthcare billing operations within a fully insured payer environment. This role focuses on investigating complex billing and invoicing issues, ensuring data accuracy, and strengthening system performance across revenue platforms. The analyst will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify gaps, mitigate risk, and support reliable financial outcomes. This is a hybrid, contract to hire opportunity based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Compensation:
$58 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time

The analyst will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify gaps, mitigate risk, and support reliable financial outcomes. This is a hybrid, contract to hire opportunity based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities of the ORMB Systems Analyst:
- Support enterprise billing and invoicing systems by researching, troubleshooting, and resolving complex billing issues within healthcare finance applications
- Perform detailed system testing, debugging, and independent data analysis to identify root causes and recommend system improvements
- Monitor system performance, review logs, and conduct gap analysis to proactively identify risks and operational issues
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT partners, and external vendors to communicate findings and drive resolution
- Create and maintain system documentation, process flows, and data flow diagrams to support ongoing operations and knowledge sharing
- Strong understanding of healthcare payer operations within fully insured environments, including billable charges and revenue workflows
- Working knowledge of Advanced Premium Tax Credits and how APTC is applied within healthcare billing systems
- Hands on experience supporting billing and invoicing platforms to investigate and resolve system issues
- Advanced SQL skills with the ability to perform independent data analysis and system validation
- Experience working with Oracle Revenue Management and Billing is highly preferred; medical claims billing experience is not a fit for this role
