Job Title: AI Engineer
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an AI Engineer to join our client to support the design and delivery of intelligent solutions that solve practical business challenges. This role focuses on developing production ready AI and machine learning capabilities that can be integrated into enterprise systems. The AI Engineer will work closely with technical teams to ensure models are reliable, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals. This is a contract to hire opportunity based in Philadelphia, PA, with a hybrid work arrangement.
Compensation:
$60 to $85 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday during normal business hours
Key Responsibilities of the AI Engineer:
• Design and implement machine learning and AI models that address real world business needs
• Build and manage end to end ML pipelines including data preparation, training, testing, and deployment
• Contribute to initiatives involving generative AI, large language models, and retrieval based solutions
• Collaborate with software, data, and platform engineers to deliver integrated AI driven systems
• Ensure deployed models meet standards for performance, security, scalability, and ongoing monitoring
Qualifications and Skills for the AI Engineer:
• At least three years of experience in AI and ML engineering or software engineering with a strong AI focus
• Advanced proficiency in Python for developing and deploying machine learning solutions
• Hands on experience using ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit learn
• Proven ability to deploy and support models in production environments
• Ability to work onsite or hybrid in the Philadelphia area
