Job Title: Service Desk Analyst Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our client to support day to day technology needs and ensure employees have reliable access to systems and tools. This role focuses on delivering responsive, customer focused IT assistance while resolving common technical issues across hardware, software, and enterprise platforms. The position is based in Philadelphia, PA and offers an onsite or hybrid work arrangement. This is a contract to hire opportunity designed for professionals looking to grow their IT support experience within an enterprise environment. Compensation:
$22 to $32 per hour Work Schedule:
Normal business hours Key Responsibilities of the Service Desk Analyst:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming IT issues and service requests through phone, email, chat, and ticketing platforms
• Provide Tier 1 and limited Tier 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, Windows operating systems, and Microsoft 365 applications
• Troubleshoot connectivity and access issues including VPN, printers, Wi Fi, and basic network related concerns
• Manage user account requests such as password resets, access provisioning, and multi factor authentication support
• Document, track, and resolve incidents in alignment with service level expectations and escalate complex issues to higher level support teams Qualifications and Skills for the Service Desk Analyst:
• One to three years of experience in an IT Service Desk or Help Desk role supporting end users in a professional environment
• Hands on experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365 applications
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, or similar platforms
• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non technical users
• Basic understanding of networking concepts including VPN, Wi Fi, printers, and general connectivity, with the ability to work onsite or hybrid in the Philadelphia area Why Join Us?
