Job Title: Business Analyst
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst to join our client to support data driven initiatives and automation efforts across business and technology teams. This role focuses on translating business needs into clear analytical and functional requirements that drive reporting, process improvement, and RPA solutions. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to align legacy processes with modern Azure based platforms while supporting UiPath automation initiatives. This is a hybrid contract role based in Marlton, NJ with regular onsite collaboration.
Compensation:
$53 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday; hybrid with onsite work Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
Key Responsibilities of the Business Analyst:
• Analyze business processes and data workflows to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for optimization and automation
• Gather, document, and manage business and functional requirements, ensuring traceability from intake through delivery
• Translate business questions into data analytics requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and use cases
• Support data analytics and RPA initiatives by partnering with IT teams on Azure based platforms, integrations, and UiPath automation solutions
• Document current state and future state processes using flowcharts, process maps, and Visio to support system and process changes
Qualifications and Skills for the Business Analyst:
• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst supporting data analytics or reporting initiatives in an IT environment
• Hands on experience or strong exposure to RPA solutions, specifically UiPath, including automation opportunity assessment
• Working knowledge of data concepts such as data modeling, data flows, data quality, and cloud based data platforms
• Experience collaborating with technical teams on system integrations, APIs, and enterprise applications
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving abilities, and clear communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
