Job Title: EMR Implementation Manager
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an EMR Implementation Manager to join our client to support and drive successful electronic medical record implementations across healthcare and laboratory environments. This role focuses on leading a specialized team while ensuring seamless delivery from initial intake through post implementation support. The ideal candidate will balance technical expertise with people leadership to improve customer outcomes and internal processes. This is a direct hire opportunity based in Secaucus, NJ, and is remote.
Compensation:
$179,521 to $200,641 per year
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities of the EMR Implementation Manager:
  • Oversee and guide a team of EMR integration specialists, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development support
  • Manage daily operations for EMR implementation and success initiatives, including intake management, prioritization, escalation handling, and customer communication
  • Deliver end to end EMR implementations by coordinating workflow assessments, rollout strategies, training, go live support, and follow up activities
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues, partnering with engineering, product, and internal stakeholders to drive resolution
  • Develop and refine scalable processes, documentation, metrics, and reporting to enhance implementation consistency and customer experience
Qualifications and Skills for the EMR Implementation Manager:
  • Five or more years of experience supporting EMR integrations or healthcare information technology environments
  • At least three years of experience leading teams, with a proven ability to mentor and manage performance
  • Strong technical aptitude combined with project management experience and familiarity with laboratory or biotech settings
  • Ability to travel up to 50 percent as needed to support implementations and stakeholder engagement
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, with a Master’s degree considered a plus or equivalent experience accepted
