Job Title: Full-Stack Developer (Node.js + React + TypeScript)
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Full-Stack Developer (Node.js + React + TypeScript) to join our client to drive the development and evolution of a digital lending platform. This role focuses on delivering scalable, reliable applications that enhance user experience and support business growth. The ideal candidate will take ownership of both technical direction and product outcomes, partnering closely with cross functional teams. This is a remote, direct hire opportunity offering the chance to influence modern engineering practices and product innovation.
Compensation:
$140,000 – $160,000 annual salary
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, standard business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Full-Stack Developer (Node.js + React + TypeScript):

• Lead the design, development, and ongoing improvement of scalable applications that support a personal loans platform
• Guide projects from initial concept through deployment, ensuring alignment with product goals and business priorities
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that improve user experience, conversion, and reliability
• Maintain high quality code standards through testing, documentation, and peer review while mentoring other engineers
• Oversee system performance and stability, including CI and CD pipelines, monitoring, and production support in a cloud based environment

Qualifications and Skills for the Full-Stack Developer (Node.js + React + TypeScript):

• At least five years of experience developing modern applications using technologies such as Node.js, React, and TypeScript
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, databases such as PostgreSQL, and containerization tools like Docker
• Proven ability to work across the full application stack and contribute to microservices based architectures
• Effective communication skills with a product focused mindset and sound decision making abilities
• Experience handling sensitive data with care, including compliance with data privacy and security standards
